HighStreet is a Hospitality Management Company and we operate on a revenue-sharing basis with real estate investors, whom we call “Owner-Vendors.” This term identifies the supplier role of owners and investors who contract with HighStreet to provide properties (condominium units, town homes, & etc.) for HighStreet’s inventory of furnished and serviced housing product.

Under the HighStreet agreement, we operate privately owned and furnished properties as corporate housing, temporary accommodation for the relocation and insurance industries, and as a fabulous alternative to a hotel stay. HighStreet also signs a completely separate license agreement with our Clients and Guests, which fully manages every aspect of the Client’s or Guest’s stay in the property. We fulfill a wide variety of temporary furnished housing needs.
